About the Role

Due to continued project wins, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects. The Electrical Superintendent will play a critical leadership role in the execution of complex electrical construction projects. Working closely with Project Management teams, you will be responsible for leading field operations, managing multiple crews, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive experience in large-scale residential or commercial construction environments and a proven ability to manage field teams on fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple field crews to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Develop and implement work plans, sequencing strategies, and installation schedules.
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Monitor labor productivity and manpower allocation to support project budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct site walks, inspections, and punch list activities with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and field documentation.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, local codes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading field operations on commercial or multi-family electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on active construction sites.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations, conduit systems, wiring methods, and construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and contract documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, workforce planning, and labor management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
