About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent who has proven experience of managing multiple electrical projects and supervising teams.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Independently start and manage projects
- Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Have experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects
- Have experience utilizing prefabrication
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
- Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in electrical construction and management
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate project needs.
