Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems
- Past experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed
- Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Able to assist in project planning and ordering material
- Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software
Salary
$100,000 to $115,000 yearly. (Based on experience)
