Electrical Service Technician (Residential)

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
- Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at completion of job
- Meet or exceed performance minimum standards
Requirements
- E1 or E2 License required
- 2+ years' electrician experience
- At least 2 years residential experience required
- Willingness to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job
- Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds
Qualifications
Qualified technicians will be sponsored for Journeyman license and NATE certification.
