• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth
• Pursue certifications if needed - we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves
• Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged
