Electrical Service Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service calls and installations for homeowners.
• Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Install and service home generators and backup power systems.
• Install and maintain EV (electric vehicle) charging stations.
• Install, repair, and upgrade electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical panels.
• Ensure all electrical work meets national and local electrical codes.
• Communicate recommended electrical solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Deliver excellent customer service while completing residential electrical service work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential electrical systems.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and comfort.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present options and close recommended work.
• 4+ years of residential electrical service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and code compliance.
• Able to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate homeowners and build trust.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and a customer-first mindset.

Pay

Pay range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work.
