Responsibilities

• Committed to learning residential and commercial electrical systems

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and apply electrical knowledge and skills
• Able to assist lead electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment under supervision
• Able to assist with running conduit, pulling wire, installing devices, and maintaining jobsite organization
• Able to commit to following all electrical safety standards and company safety policies
• Flexible and adaptable to support both service and installation departments
• Able to provide excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
• Able to work independently when assigned tasks while maintaining communication with the lead technician
• Able to follow written and verbal directions from leads, managers, and leadership
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and explain work being completed when appropriate
• Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic with a goal of completing every job safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time
• Eager to continue training and develop a long-term career in the electrical trade
