Electrical Service Department Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school education, GED, or other equivalent levels of education required.
- A Florida Electrical License is preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of service experience or technical background in a related field.
- Some exposure to construction required, and 2 years of field training preferred.
Skills
Recognize and grow with key customers; sell, estimate, and manage safety & production in these ongoing relationships on a turnkey basis.
Benefits
Survey all customers quarterly and at least one time at completion on quickly completed projects.
Achieve a minimum rating of 8.5 out of 10 points and respond to all comments for process improvement.
Facilitate an annual employee survey in your area.
Achieve 70% participation and a minimum score of 85%.
Address all comments that are process improvement related.
Provide leads, estimates, give budgets, provide customer proposals, and build relationships with repeat customers.
Achieve a minimum budgeted sales goal for the annual year.
