About the role
Responsible for managing electrical service accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing electrical service accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and maintenance
- Prepare and present proposals for new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical service management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in electrical systems and safety protocols
- Experience with customer relationship management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
