Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including estimating, preconstruction, purchasing, and field operations.
• Lead project teams and facilitate communication among functional representatives, both internal and external.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure all project objectives—safety, quality, budget, and schedule—are met.
• Manage project resources and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, including site work, building construction, and electrical system installation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Proven experience managing high-value commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Experience in sectors including Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Data Center, Technology, and Public Works.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee project execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
