They are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle management of large commercial electrical construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with responsibility for budget, schedule, safety, and quality
  • Develop project execution plans, staffing strategies, and timelines
  • Manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Cookordinate with owners and general contractors on deliverables and materials
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
  • Track financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and billing
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and field teams
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify risks, scope changes, and cost impacts and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite regulations

Requirements:

  • 12 or more years of experience in commercial electrical construction
  • Experience with commercial retail projects
  • Proven experience managing large and complex projects in a senior or lead role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Multi-state project management experience is a plus
  • Strong financial and cost tracking knowledge is a plus
