Electrical Senior Project Engineer - Substation
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No Pay or Schedule unless stated. Benefits are stated: "Exempt Employees Full Benefits package to include: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, Paid sick time, FSA, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k." Also later: "A benefits package that offers health, dental, vision, and retirement, a performance-based year-end bonus, and thoughtful perks..." So we can combine benefits.
Responsibilities: The posting includes responsibilities: "you will build and maintains relationships with clients and project partners and will be responsible for the overall power systems design process on assigned project." Also "You will develop innovative and unique design solutions to align with project, client and project partner needs and leads the team in implementing solutions in the power, mission critical, manufacturing, automotive, higher ed, pharmaceutical, federal, and institutional markets." Also list of expertise needed: substation design, utility coordination, relaying and protection, switchgear automation, dynamic load analysis, SCADA design, Vdc distribution, DER and renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, and campus distribution for medium and high voltage. Also "Expertise Of Our Most Successful Senior Electrical Project Engineer" list: BSEE, PE registration, ability to obtain licensure, 10+ years experience designing MV or HV power distribution, etc. Also "Effective Skills To Help You Flourish" list: experience in medium/high voltage substation design, expertise in relaying, protection, metering design, familiarity with programming/testing, expertise in switchgear/substation automation sequence of operations, expertise in facilitating SCADA implementation, experience coordinating with utility companies, DER and renewable energy generation, BESS technology, grid scale PV technology.
We need to separate sections: maybe "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about AEI and role purpose. But we must not repeat job title as heading. We can have "About the role" with description of AEI and role purpose. Then "Responsibilities" with bullet list of duties. Then "Requirements" maybe combine qualifications and skills? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have qualifications (education, licensure, experience). We have skills (technical expertise). We have responsibilities. We have benefits. We have about the role (company overview). We don't have explicit Pay or Schedule, so omit those.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Also do not put Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO line at end, also the "Apply online at ..." and sharing instructions. Also remove duplicated lines? There's some duplication: benefits mentioned twice; we can combine but must preserve all info, not lose any. We can combine into one benefits list that includes all items mentioned: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, Paid sick time, FSA, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k, performance-based year-end bonus, thoughtful perks (flexible work environment, wellness resources, community-focused initiatives). We should keep all.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.

under same heading? The instruction: Use
for prose. We can have multiple
elements under the heading. Thus About the role could have several paragraphs covering company overview, recognition, collaborative community, role purpose. Let's craft:

Now responsibilities: we have bullet list. Ensure we captured all responsibilities: also "you will build and maintains relationships with clients and project partners and will be responsible for the overall power systems design process on assigned project." Also "You will develop innovative and unique design solutions to align with project, client and project partner needs and leads the team in implementing solutions in the power, mission critical, manufacturing, automotive, higher ed, pharmaceutical, federal, and institutional markets." Also maybe "AEI projects may require experience in some or all of the following expertise: substation design, utility coordination, relaying and protection, switchgear automation, dynamic load analysis, SCADA design, Vdc distribution, DER and renewable energy generation, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, and campus distribution for medium and high voltage." That seems more like required expertise, not responsibilities. But could be considered responsibilities? It says "AEI projects may require experience in some or all of the following expertise:" That's more like required skills/experience. We'll keep under Skills or Requirements. We already have Skills list includes many of those. We should ensure we captured all those expertise items in Skills list. Let's check: Skills list currently includes: - Experience in medium and/or high voltage substation design. - Expertise in relaying, protection, and metering design incorporating microprocessor‑based devices. - Familiarity with programming and testing practices supporting start‑up and acceptance testing. - Expertise in switchgear/substation automation sequence of operations. - Expertise in facilitating SCADA implementation. - Experience coordinating with utility companies for point of demarcation, interconnect agreements, design standards compliance, etc. - Knowledge of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and renewable energy generation. - Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) technology. - Experience with grid‑scale Photovoltaic (PV) technology. Missing: dynamic load analysis, Vdc distribution, microgrids, campus distribution for medium and high voltage. Also maybe "switchgear automation" we have. Also "relaying and protection" we have. Also "SCADA design" we have. Also "Vdc distribution" missing. Also "dynamic load analysis" missing. Also "microgrids" missing. Also "campus distribution for medium and high voltage" missing. We should add those to Skills list. Also "Expertise Of Our Most Successful Senior Electrical Project Engineer" list includes BSEE, PE registration,
