Job Purpose and Impact
The Electrical Reliability Engineering Supervisor will design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize use of plant and manufacturing facilities. They will ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines, identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks, develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions, and other duties as assigned.

- Evaluate worker productivity and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays and promote cost control and reduction.

Qualifications
- Minimum four years of related work experience
- Minimum four years' experience in Automation, Electrical or Instrumentation (AEI)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
