We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Mission statement intro: "Our Mission is to Identify, Hire, Train and Retain the very best people! Could that be you? Join the Ace Electric team for opportunities to work with the best team and build your career with Ace University! Since our inception in Valdosta, GA in 1975, Ace has been performing quality electrical installations in a full range of markets including: commercial, mission critical, education, healthcare, institutional, industrial, correctional facilities, hospitality, military bases, retail and others. In the past 15 years, locations have been added in Macon, GA, Atlanta, GA, Jackson, TN, Statesboro, GA, Sanford, NC and Plain City, OH. Ace offers fabrication services, hard bid, design-build, negotiated contracts and fee-based work. We have the resources, professional staff and project management team to handle almost any type of electrical project. Our history of safety and quality has been established through years of successful projects and satisfied customers. Ace Electric is growing bigger in business each year and has no signs of slowing down!" That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The posting includes "General Summary The Mission Critical Quality / Commissioning (QCx) Technician I will work with QCx project teams..." That's the role summary. So we can put that under

About the role

with a

containing that summary. Then Benefits: they list "Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurances 401k with Match Access to Ace University: Apprenticeship..." So we have benefits content. Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading in the posting with a list of duties. Requirements: there is "Mandatory Hiring Requirements" and "Position Requirements" sections. Also "Preferred Job Skills". So we need to separate Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (maybe education/experience) and Skills (preferred). The instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: general summary. - Responsibilities: list under "Responsibilities". - Requirements: mandatory hiring requirements (References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License). Also maybe license none required, certification none required, education high school graduate or GED required, experience 0-1 years. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Typically Requirements = mandatory hiring requirements; Qualifications = education/experience; Skills = preferred job skills. We'll follow that. Thus: Requirements

Requirements

: list mandatory hiring requirements: References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License. Qualifications

Qualifications

: Education: High School Graduate or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years’ electrical construction, Quality Control, or Commissioning experience required. Also License: None required. Certification: None required. Could include those. Skills

Skills

: Preferred Job Skills list: Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA. Ability to read and interpret specifications, submittals, single-line diagrams and other contract documents. Ability to work under pressure, while closely tracking QC details of multiple project activities. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, analyze data, and communicate effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on, working environment. Experience in a decision-making position, be self-motivated, and have an analytical mindset. Capable of collaborating with field and management to understand and implement technological and quality programs. Benefits

Benefits

: list: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurances; 401k with Match; Access to Ace University: Apprenticeship Program, Leadership Training, Skill Building Classes and much more! Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; there is "Able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required, including the possibility of night shifts." That's under Working Conditions. That could be considered schedule info. The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state work 40 hours per week plus overtime, possibility of night shifts. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule

Schedule

with that statement. We also have Working Conditions details (physical demands). Those could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we already used Requirements for mandatory hiring, Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for preferred. Working Conditions could be placed under Requirements? But we already used Requirements for mandatory hiring. Could add another section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list does not include Working Conditions. So we must fit that info somewhere else, maybe under Requirements or Qualifications as additional bullet points. However we must not invent headings. We can include those details under Requirements as part of list? But they are not hiring requirements; they are job demands. Could put them under Qualifications? Might be okay to add them under Requirements as additional items (like physical ability). But better to put them under Requirements as they are job requirements (physical). The instruction: Use headings for those categories; we can include any relevant content under those headings. So we can add physical demands under Requirements as bullet points. But we must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO statement. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description/mission? That is under About the role? Actually About the role should be role-specific summary, not company overview. But we have a "General Summary" that is role-specific. The earlier paragraph about company history could be considered "About the company" but not in allowed headings. However we could incorporate that into About the role as part of context? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings like "About the company". We can incorporate company info into About the role paragraph as part of role description? Might be okay to include it there as it's substantive. The About the role section can contain both mission and role summary. We'll include the company overview as part of About the role. Thus About the role

About the role

will have a

containing the mission statement and company history plus the General Summary. Now Responsibilities: we have a list under "Responsibilities". We'll output

  • each duty. Requirements: we have mandatory hiring references etc. Also physical demands from Working Conditions. We'll combine them into a list. Qualifications: education, experience, license, certification. Skills: preferred job skills list. Benefits: list. Schedule: statement about 40 hours per week plus overtime, possibility of night shifts. We must not include Pay. We must not include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. First, About the role:
