About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by attending industry events, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
