- 3-5 years of experience in HV Substations, MV SWGR, LV SWGR, Busway, UPS, Generator, PDU, RPP, others
- NFPA 70 EOSHA 10 Complete all Safety Certifications
- Knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, and others
- Ability to travel and work on site 75% required

Essential Functions
- Project Planning: Develops the commissioning plan, outlines scope, schedule, resources, and procedures.
- Clinical Coordination: Coordinates commissioning activities with various project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Vendor Management: Liaises with equipment vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment is delivered on time, installed correctly, and tested according to specifications.
- System Integration: Oversees the integration of various data center systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, security, and environmental monitoring systems.
- Testing and Verification: Oversees the execution of functional and performance tests on critical infrastructure components, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
- Documentation: Maintains accurate records of commissioning activities, including test procedures, test results, equipment specifications, and as-built documentation.
- Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks associated with commissioning activities, develops contingency plans, and escalates procedures to address unforeseen challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Enforces quality standards throughout the commissioning process, conducts inspections, audits, and reviews to identify and rectify deficiencies.
- Client Communication: Provides regular updates to the client or project stakeholders on the progress of commissioning activities, addresses client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Handover: Facilitates training sessions for data center operations staff on the use and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems, ensures a smooth handover of the facility to the client upon completion of commissioning activities, including documentation turnover and final acceptance procedures.
Other Essential Functions
- Travel required to different sites. 75% of travel required.
- Perform a Daily report on site.
- Able to create the Final Building report in conjunction with ECx, MCx and FLS.
- Responsible for expense reports and following company policies.
- Strong Organizational and documentational skills.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Job Requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year.
- Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities.
- Work in restricted areas.
- Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses always), respirator when required.
- Able to work 8-10 hours per day, 40-50 hours per week.
