Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Cook up with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project logs, is accurate and up to date.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP certification is a plus.
