Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Cook up with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
  • Ensure all documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project logs, is accurate and up to date.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or electrical contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
