Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking, and projection of labor, material, job expenses, and changes for each assigned project.
  • Manage Superintendent/CAD construction drawings to ensure appropriate installation.
  • Create and maintain a complete project budget using Superintendent construction drawings.
  • Prepare monthly financial projections for each assigned project.
  • Create a project-specific schedule of values to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Handle monthly progress billing for each assigned project.
  • Create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain submittal, drawing, correspondence, and change logs.
  • Submit, review for added cost, file, and log all RFIs.
  • Price, budget, track, sell, and collect all proposed changes.
  • Purchase all materials per Prism SOP and prepare, organize, and manage material buyouts.
  • Schedule and track all material releases and coordinate with the Superintendent as needed.
  • Track major deliveries to jobsites.
  • Actively assist the project Superintendent with miscellaneous issues (material, information, special items, constructability, etc.).
  • Set up all cost codes and production tracking with the Superintendent.
  • Assist Superintendent in production tracking and analysis.
  • Conduct weekly jobsite visits and attend all required jobsite meetings.
  • Prepare all outgoing correspondence as needed.
  • Perform project schedule analysis and issue notices and alerts as required.
  • Effectively partner with the jobsite Superintendent.
  • Organize and submit job closeout documentation (as-builts, O&Ms).

Requirements

  • Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
  • Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup.
