We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes Position Overview, Primary Responsibilities, Minimum Education, Minimum Years Of Experience, Specific Qualifications, Required Skills and Abilities, Education/Experience, Physical Requirements, License Required, Job Locations, Company Overview. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (Position Overview). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities). Requirements (Minimum Education, Minimum Years Of Experience, maybe Physical Requirements? but Requirements could include education/experience). Qualifications (Specific Qualifications, Required Skills and Abilities, Education/Experience). Skills (maybe combine with Qualifications? but we can have Skills section for Required Skills and Abilities). Benefits: Company Overview includes benefits list (Competitive Pay, Company 40101K etc). So we can have Benefits section with that list. Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "Competitive Pay" mentioned but no specifics. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states "Competitive Pay" but not a specific amount. Is that enough? It says "Competitive Pay" as a bullet under Company Overview. That is a statement of benefit, not a specific pay. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive Pay" is vague but still a statement. Might be considered filler? It's not a specific number. I'd lean to not create Pay section because it's not specific. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Pay and Schedule. Thus sections: About the role (Position Overview), Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Education, Minimum Years Of Experience, Physical Requirements? maybe include travel etc), Qualifications (Specific Qualifications, Required Skills and Abilities, Education/Experience), Skills (maybe we can merge Required Skills and Abilities into Skills section), Benefits (Company Overview benefits list). Also Job Locations maybe could be part of About the role? Could include location in a short paragraph. But we can include location in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must include all details from posting. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to include Job Locations US-TN-Nashville somewhere, maybe in About the role paragraph. Let's extract content. Position Overview: "IES Residential is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This role coordinates closely with internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and electrical field personnel to support operational efficiency, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes." Primary Responsibilities: list bullet points. We need to convert each sentence into

  • items. Minimum Education: "None" Actually says Minimum Education None. That's a statement; we need to include it. Could be in Requirements section. Minimum Years Of Experience: "6+" Specific Qualifications: Actually there is a section "Specific Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities" then list. Then Education/Experience: "Minimum of ten (10) years of electrical field experience required. Previous electrical project management, field supervision, or electrical construction leadership experience preferred. Previous experience managing project budgets, schedules, electrical field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant electrical industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties." Physical Requirements: list. License Required: Yes. • . We must not include Pay section separately; but Competitive Pay is part of benefits list. So we can include it in Benefits. We must not include Schedule. Now craft HTML. Structure:
