Electrical Project Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from planning to closeout. In this role, you'll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily demands of multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida
• Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration
• Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
• Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders
• Support field operations to ensure their success on projects
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture
• Maintain organized project documentation

Experience, Skills & Education

• 5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting
• Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
• A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management
• Valid Driver's License
