Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects.
• Oversee and communicate project progress from start to finish, including scheduling, labor, materials, and installation.
• Develop project plans to meet budget and schedule goals; participate in monthly progress meetings.
• Prepare and manage construction documents such as subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billings.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Capture and manage change orders and monitor financial performance to improve project margins.
• Review and approve invoices, payments, and time records.
• Utilize project management software (such as Procore) to track productivity and progress.
• Collaborate with Prefabrication and BIM teams to identify and execute opportunities.
• Represent the company with professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of electrical, communications, or fire protection construction/project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), standards, and building codes.

Pay
