Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with owners, subs, and vendors to keep project on schedule
- Collaborate with the V.P. of Project Management, Outside Field Superintendent and Foreman to ensure all electrical work is installed and completed properly in accordance with the contract for project
- Provide decisive, focused leadership and project management within the Construction Division and serve as primary contact for the assigned project
- Handle any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise on a project
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and upload into inter and external systems
- Assist with customer with communication and interactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing letters, scopes of work, invoices and work orders, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and researching information as required
- Prepare job start-up and close out checklist
- Aid in procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Current and valid Driver's License in good standing
- Ability to pass a Background and Drug Screen
- OSHA 10
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of proven experience as an Electrical PM or equivalent combination of training and experience
