Electrical Project Estimator

BoMark Electric, one of the premier Commercial Electrical Contractors in the Baltimore area, has an opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join our team. Responsible for securing profitable work through comprehensive electrical estimates and superior customer service, while effectively utilizing and developing the team. Manage estimating process and timeliness to meet company objectives, both short and long term. Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing and build relationships. Provide leadership, direction and training to assigned estimating team members. Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future award/probabilities. Partner with Field Operations to property transfer awarded projects and perform buyouts when necessary. Five or more years of relevant electrical estimating experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred). Ability to provide a high level of customer service. Ability to work on-site in Hampstead, MD and manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
