Project Lead (Data Center Construction) Lead multiple data center construction projects end-to-end, from planning and engineering through construction, commissioning, and close-out. Direct project teams and manage budgets, resources, safety, quality, and client communications to achieve contract and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee project execution across planning, engineering, construction, commissioning, and close-out.Manage project budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.Coordinate schedules and project activities to meet contract and performance requirements.Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams. Role Requirements Experience leading large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, quality, and safety on complex projects.
