About the role

As a key member of the preconstruction team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of detailed construction plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met. You will also manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed construction plans in collaboration with architects and engineers.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, including negotiating contracts and managing suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preconstruction roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
