Electrical Panel Shop Cell Lead

Responsibilities
- Building electrical panels according to production schedule to meet scheduled ship dates and planned labor targets.
- Directing and assisting electrical panel shop employees with daily work assignments.
- Ensuring daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.
- Responsible for safety awareness and enforcement of safety practices (including the use of PPE).
- Assisting supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.
- Additional duties may be assigned with production floor electrical wiring, assembly & other areas as deemed necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Blueprint and schematic reading, use of measuring devices and good mechanical and electrical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.
- Prior experience as an electrical wireperson and or experience in the electrical panel shop is required.
Skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Capability to lead and train employees in your department.
- Ability to produce accurate hours in jobs and meet the allotted hours given to your department.
- Ensure that the work has the best quality.
- Performing punch lists through checkmate (Will be trained).
- Give accurate information on tollgates and training.

Pay
Compensation Range $ 22.41
Schedule
Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
