ELECTRICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the electrical field service division.
• Cook up scheduling and project management and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
• Lead and expand a dedicated team serving high-profile clients in the industrial and mining sectors.
• Implement and uphold efficient workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or project management roles.
• Valid Electrical License or qualification in electrical engineering.
• Extensive experience in heavy industrial maintenance and mining E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation).
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Capability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets.
• Proficient networking skills with customers and clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
