Electrical Mechanical Technician

Pay

Starting wage is $25+ per hour based on experience. Hourly range is $25–$40, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts (8 pm–8 am) on a compressed workweek that provides ample time off. Shifts do not rotate. Overtime is available. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, including hydraulics and pneumatics
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Prioritize workload based on production needs
• Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

• High school diploma or trade school equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical/mechanical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter capable of working flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must own basic hand tools

Qualifications

• Electrical/mechanical background in an industrial setting
• Familiarity with 110/220/480V power systems
• Experience with AC/DC motors and industrial preventive maintenance
• Ability to systematically solve problems
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment (mill, lathe, welding, plumbing) is preferred
