Quad in East Long Meadow is currently hiring an Electrical/Mechanical Technician.

Starting wage is $25+ based on experience.
Multiple upward paths available for career progression.
Shifts are 12 hours: 8pm-8am. No shift changes.
Overtime is available.

Self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member.
Prioritizes workload based on production needs.
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Knowledgeable in the areas of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and follows company safety procedures.
Worked in an industrial setting with an electrical/mechanical background.
Familiar with 110/220/480v power.
Experience with troubleshooting, repair, performing predictive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
Ability to systematically solve problems.
Experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment, such as mill, lathe, welding, plumbing, etc. (preferred).
Own hand tools.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Follows all company safety policies and procedures.

High School/Trade school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum of 3 years Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education required.
