Electrical Mechanical Technician
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, starters, and drives
Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulic systems
Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
Perform precision maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Act as the primary maintenance technician on shift, supporting operations and taking ownership of equipment performance
Qualifications
- Two (2)+ years of industrial electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience, OR completion of a technical degree or certification in electromechanical maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, variable frequency drives, or servo drive controls
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment across both electrical and mechanical systems
What You Will Do
Operate as the primary maintenance technician on your shift, supporting operations and taking ownership of equipment performance
Team
Work alongside experienced operators and maintenance professionals supporting converting and packaging operations in a collaborative environment
What You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or paper industry environment
- Welding, machining, or rigging experience or certification
- Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
Pay and Schedule
- Initial training will be conducted on a day shift before transitioning to nights (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- This role includes a $7/hour night shift differential
