Electrical Manager/Master Electrician

MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Electrical Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage residential electrical operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and company safety policies.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and provide expert-level diagnostics and solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule electrical service, repair, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Review and approve estimates, proposals, and project scopes for repairs, upgrades, and new installations.
• Manage installation and service of electrical panels, breakers, lighting systems, outlets, switches, generators, EV chargers, surge protection, and other electrical equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and regulatory standards.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and development of electrical team members.
