Electrical Maintenance Technician IV

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on all commercial and industrial equipment.
  • Examples: Variable Frequency Drives, Motors and Controls, Power Distribution Systems, Lighting Management Systems.
  • Communicates the status of ongoing work activities through various means, such as email, voicemail, and maintenance management system (Maximo).
  • Works with voltages up to 13,200. Must have at a minimum experience with 480 volts.
  • Completes all necessary training requirements including scheduled training, computer based, and any other training identified in development plan.
  • Develop techniques as necessary to ascertain that newly acquired or developed equipment performs in accordance with required specifications.
  • Aids in establishing and documenting appropriate job plans, and other service protocols that may be required.
  • Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and safe work policies and procedures are followed and always maintained in accordance with established company policies.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
  • HS diploma with 5+ years of experience or Relevant Certificate with 3+ years of experience or Associates Technical degree with 1+ years of experience.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
