Description
The Electrical Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for leading, overseeing, and guiding the most complex and difficult tasks assigned to Maintenance Technicians I, II, and III. They perform a variety of skilled mechanical and electrical work, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, and testing of equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 8 years’ electrical maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing setting
- Computer experience/operation and PLC programming
- Ability to work 1st shift and overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assigned
- Thorough knowledge of electrical components and equipment, including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
- In-house electrical authorization must be obtained prior to conducting any electrical assignments
- Working knowledge of operations, services, and activities of all areas of mechanical and electrical maintenance

Qualifications
- Ability to lead, organize, and review the work of maintenance staff
- Independently perform the most difficult mechanical maintenance, repair, installation, and testing functions on all but the most sophisticated equipment
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Complete all work with quality workmanship and quality repairs
