Role
The Electrical Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance and Calibration Supervisor and works second shift from Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm.
What You Will Do
- Maintains manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
- Performs installation, setups, and changeovers of machinery.
- Tests and makes adjustments as needed.
- Repairs malfunctioning equipment.
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Updates required documentation, including maintenance and repair logs.
- Aids in trouble report preparation for malfunctioning equipment.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Applies safety procedures to all work.
- Orders parts and supplies in accordance with department procedures.
Job Description
This role involves performing various tasks such as installation, setup, and changeovers of machinery, testing and adjusting equipment, repairing malfunctioning equipment, identifying and implementing process improvements, updating documentation, assisting with trouble reports, reading and interpreting equipment manuals, applying safety procedures, and ordering parts and supplies.
Qualifications
- Vocational, Certificate, Technical, or Associate’s degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Electrical experience, including knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and calibrations.
Benefits
The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $53,550.00 to $75,600.00, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. The competitive benefit package includes:

Pay and Schedule
The starting pay for this role is $43.68 per hour, with a training rate of $45.62 per hour after a 120-work-day probationary period. There is also a 0.90 cent shift differential.
Schedule
The Electrical Maintenance Technician works second shift, from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.
