Electrical Low Voltage Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior designers and engineers to develop and update low voltage, technology, security and audio/visual system drawings and documentation.
• Conduct research on project-specific technologies, materials, and standards.
• Affiliate in the review and development of project specifications.
• Support document management efforts, including version control, formatting, and distribution.
• Attend and support project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Cookordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners across different disciplines.
• Cookordinate travel to project sites within the United States for design coordination, site observations, and project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in electrical or low voltage design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally.

Pay

The salary for this position is $70,000+ depending on education, prior experience, and skill set.
