Responsibilities

Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in through trim and final

Read and interpret electrical plans, lighting layouts, and project specifications

Install panels, lighting systems, devices, service equipment, and specialty systems

Oversee and mentor Electrical Assistants and Apprentices

Cookordination with AV, lighting control, and low-voltage teams for seamless integration

Communicate proactively with Project Managers on timelines, materials, and scope changes

Ensure code compliance, safety standards, and inspection readiness

Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of residential electrical experience (luxury residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local code requirements
• Experience running projects and supervising assistants and apprentices
• High attention to detail in lighting layouts and finish installations
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or in attics
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• A leadership mindset and pride in delivering excellence every time
