We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. First, there is a preamble about military affiliated job seekers, but that's boilerplate? It's not part of the job description content? It says "ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS - Our organization works with partner companies...". This is likely boilerplate and should be removed per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is a recruitment targeting statement; not sure if considered boilerplate. It's not EEO but it's a targeting statement. Might be considered part of the posting but not substantive job duties. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This is not exactly those categories, but it's more of a targeting statement. Might be okay to keep? However, they say "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The targeting statement is substantive? It says who can apply. Might be considered part of eligibility but not job duties. The instruction about "application instructions" removal: we should remove "click the submit button and follow the next steps." That's application instruction. So we can drop that sentence. We need to keep the rest: "Job Description At Haskell, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a nationally recognized Top Workplace..." That's about the role/company culture. Could be "About the role" section. Then "Scope of Position" description: The Electrical Helper assists... That's responsibilities. Then list of responsibilities bullet points. Then "Auto req ID 483600BR" - job ID, should be dropped. Then "Minimum Education Required High School/GED" - that's a requirement. Then "Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Education & Years of Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred." etc. This seems like qualifications. Then list of qualifications: Vocational training..., Ability to..., etc. Then "Foundational Competencies" with categories like Strategy, Delivery, Interpersonal, Values etc. Those could be considered skills or competencies. Then "Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements" - physical requirements. Then location: City* Jacksonville State* Florida Job_Category Electrician Job Code Construction1 Construction Affiliate Sponsor Haskell We need to decide sections. We have content for: - About the role: The paragraph about Haskell being Top Workplace, culture, etc. - Responsibilities: The scope of position paragraph plus bullet list of duties. - Requirements: Minimum Education Required High School/GED, plus maybe "Ability to read, write, and understand English." etc. But those are more qualifications/skills. - Qualifications: Vocational training preferred, specialized training preferred, abilities list. - Skills: Could include the abilities list, plus Foundational Competencies. - Benefits: Not mentioned. - Pay: Not mentioned. - Schedule: Not mentioned (though mentions overtime, evenings, weekends as required). That's schedule info: "Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required." That's schedule detail. So we can include a Schedule section with that sentence. Also travel as required. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID as heading. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to remove duplicated lines. Let's extract substantive content. First, remove the military affiliated attention block? It's not exactly boilerplate but could be considered targeting. However, it's not a duty/responsibility. Might be considered part of eligibility but not job description. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly those. It's a targeted statement. I'd keep it? But it's not about the role. Might be considered fluff. However, they said "Preserve ALL substantive information". Is that substantive? It's about who can apply, not about the job. Might be considered not substantive to the job description. I'd lean to remove it as it's more of a recruitment note. Also there is a sentence: "Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post." That's substantive about work location (on-site). We should keep that. Thus we keep: "Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post." Now the job description paragraph about Haskell. Then "Scope of Position" paragraph. Then responsibilities list. Then "Auto req ID 483600BR" drop. Then "Minimum Education Required High School/GED" - keep. Then "Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Education & Years of Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred." This seems redundant with minimum education. We'll keep but maybe combine. Then "Qualifications Vocational training related to the electrical trade preferred." etc. Then list of abilities. Then "Foundational Competencies" with subcategories. Then "Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements" paragraph. Then location info: City* Jacksonville State* Florida Job_Category Electrician Job Code Construction1 Construction Affiliate Sponsor Haskell We need to decide which sections to create. Potential sections: - About the role: Haskell paragraph + maybe the on-site statement. - Responsibilities: Scope of Position paragraph + bullet list of duties. - Requirements: Minimum Education Required High School/GED + maybe "Ability to read, write, and understand English." (though that's a skill). But we can put education under Requirements. - Qualifications: Vocational training preferred, specialized training preferred, abilities list (maybe split into Skills). However, we have a separate Skills section for abilities. - Skills: The abilities list (ability to operate tools, lift, etc.) plus Foundational Competencies. - Schedule: "Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required." plus "Travel as required." - Benefits: none. - Pay: none. We need to avoid thin sections. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications and Skills" but headings are fixed; we can only use those headings. We could have Qualifications and Skills separate if each has substantive content. Qualifications: Vocational training preferred, specialized training preferred. Skills: abilities list + Foundational Competencies. That seems reasonable. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

    About the role

    Responsibilities

The Electrical Helper assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at construction sites and customer facilities. This role supports licensed electricians and supervisors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and codes.

    • Assist electricians in assembling, installing, and maintaining conduit systems, including aluminum, PVC-coated, GRC, IMC, stainless steel, and PVC.
    • Use saws, drills, impact tools, and pipe threaders to cut, thread, and install conduit per specifications and NEC requirements.
    • Aid in connecting and installing electrical components under the supervision of licensed personnel.
    • Review and learn to interpret blueprints and diagrams to support accurate installation.
    • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
    • Participate in overall job site clean-up daily and at completion of the project.
    • Work in compliance with all company and OSHA safety standards.
    • Operate forklifts and personnel lifts as required.
    • Monitor and record time and material used for the job.
    • Travel as required.
    • Other duties which may be assigned as needed.

    Requirements

    Minimum Education Required: High School/GED.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

But we have duplication: Minimum Education Required High School/GED and High School Diploma or GED preferred. Could combine:

High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.

But we must preserve all info; we can state both: required and preferred. Let's just put:

High School Diploma or GED required (preferred).

Might be okay. But we also have "Ability to read, write, and understand English." That's a skill; could go under Skills. Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

Vocational training related to the electrical trade preferred.

Specialized training in OSHA construction safety, fork and/or boom lift operations, CPR/First Responder, or Blood Borne Pathogens is preferred.

    Now Skills:

    Skills

    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
    • Ability to utilize and operate a range of tools and equipment in installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe systems.
    • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
    • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Dependable, honest, and detail oriented.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
    • Willingness and ability to work in fast-paced and varied industrial environments.
    • Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    Foundational Competencies:

    • Strategy - Planning for the Future: Developing talent, organizational alignment, strategic networking, and strategic thinking.
    • Delivery - Achieving Results: Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making, results driven, flexible thinking, managing resources, teamwork, and team leadership.
    • Interpersonal - Building Relationships: Customer focus, influencing, negotiating, organizational knowledge, communication and presence, and diversity and inclusion.
    • Values Team: Collaborate and demonstrate respect for team members, partners and everyone with whom we do business; ensure open communication.
    • Excellence: Strive for quality and safety; execute best in class work; creative and innovative; dedicated to continuous improvement.
    • Service: Passionate about customer service to internal and external clients as well as to the community; creates superior value.
    • Trust: High standards of ethics and personal accountability; transparency; credibility; fairness.
Now Schedule: we already included overtime etc in Skills; but we could move to Schedule section. However we already used that bullet in Skills. Might be duplication. Better to move overtime/travel to Schedule section and remove from Skills. Let's restructure: Skills: abilities list excluding overtime/travel. Schedule: overtime, evenings, weekends, travel. Thus: Skills bullet list: ability to establish relationships, operate tools, lift, read/write English, teamwork, dependable, honest, detail oriented, organizational skills, follow instructions, fast-paced environments. Schedule:

Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.

    Travel as required.

Now we need to ensure we haven't missed any substantive
