Electrical Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware, including schematics and PCB layouts.
• Perform circuit analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and product validation.
• Support new product development from concept through production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry and automotive standards.
• Develop test hardware/software and support EMC testing activities.
• Interface with customers to ensure product performance and project milestones are achieved.
• Support prototype builds, manufacturing processes, and continuous product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of electronic hardware design experience preferred.
• Experience with embedded C/C++, PCB design tools, and electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, function generators).
• Familiarity with automotive/vehicle standards, CAN communication, EMC testing, and functional safety concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
