Job Summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead field installation for mission‑critical data center projects in Afton, TX. The General Foreman will supervise electrical crews during installation while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean turnover documentation.

Employment Type: Full‑Time (Non‑exempt).

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, assignment and supervision of manpower, work performance, material procurement planning, quality control, communication with the project team, and onsite customer relations.
• Develop the construction schedule for the overall project and continually monitor and adjust as needed.
• Contribute to the installation or direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.
• Test electrical systems using tools to determine issues, assess safety, and ensure compatibility.
• Document actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis, and steps taken to resolve issues for each job or situation.
• Determine steps necessary to assess an electrical situation and troubleshoot using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements, and report violations of policies, procedures, and guidelines to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience on electrical projects with values up to $10 + million.
• Experience running crews consisting of three or more foremen on data‑center projects.
• Proven ability to strategically plan work, schedule manpower and tasks to minimize labor costs, order material and equipment ahead of installations, and manage tools.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, submittals, specifications, and BIM detailing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The role involves outdoor construction settings with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors. Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro’s Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies is required.
