About the role
This is a field-based, hands-on position supporting the electrical scope of utility-scale solar-field construction. The role requires working outdoors in various and often extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.) and may include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.

- Train others on all aspects of Underground
- Provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting (e.g., Tier Boards and Production Tracking)
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ pound materials and maneuver them into place
- Able to conduct repetitive actions (stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching)
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Able to follow precise instructions and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with colleagues and supervisors
- Experience working on solar construction projects preferred
- Models behavior in safety, quality of work, attendance, punctuality, productivity, and teamwork
- Actively embodies CoVolt’s Core Principles and the One Team Approach (planning, communication, collaboration, dispute resolution)
- GED or equivalent education
