Electrical Full-Time Instructor
About the role
Northbridge University is seeking a Full-Time Electrical/Electrician Instructor to join our dynamic team. Our campuses are expanding, and we're looking for passionate educators to help shape the next generation of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Electrical Trades and related applications
- Provide hands-on experience and technical guidance to apprentices and trainees
- Manage course documents and educational resources using a learning management system
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Specialized training and industry certifications in the Electrical Trades
- Journeyman License and/or Electrical Contractors License
- Two or more years of teaching experience preferred or equivalent experience as a certified mentor or apprentice
- NCCER Certification as an Electrician (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer usage
Qualifications
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate class schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Courses typically run Monday to Thursday and can be held in the morning or evening.
