About the role
Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner serving thousands of customers across the U.S. with services including Critical Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Inspection, Underground Maintenance and Installation, and Fabrication. The Electrical Foreman leads mission-critical projects and teams, overseeing teams of electricians and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Leading Teams: Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure safe, efficient work completion.
- Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing skill enhancement.
- Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings.
- Material and Equipment Management: Manage procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of electrical trade experience, including leadership of mission-critical projects and teams.
- Ability to develop and monitor construction schedules.
- Experience in coordinating manpower and cross-functional communications.
- Ability to manage material orders and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Strong preference for relevant certifications such as NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Travel to various project sites.
- Fast-paced environment with occasional evening and weekend work.
- Potential exposure to extreme temperatures, manufacturing environments, confined spaces, noise, and odors.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
