About the role

Loenbro is a trusted construction lifecycle partner serving thousands of customers across the U.S. with services including Critical Electrical, Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Inspection, Underground Maintenance and Installation, and Fabrication. The Project Manager leads mission-critical projects and teams, working closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Teams: Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Oversee daily crew production and provide constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations.

  • Training and Development: Train new hires and apprentices, and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance skills and job performance.

  • Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and review blueprints and specifications to allocate labor and resources effectively.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations. Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality workmanship.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure team members use proper PPE and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Material and Equipment Management: Manage procurement, inventory, and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment as needed to avoid delays.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams. Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.

  • Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing project requirements, and occasionally work evenings and weekends. May require occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

  • Walking on uneven terrain, standing, sitting, stooping, crawling, kneeling, using respirators, driving if required, and complying with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
