Electrical Foreman
About the role
We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily electrical field activities on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role is responsible for leading crews in a safe, productive manner while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct electrical crews performing installation work.
- Plan and execute daily work activities and short-term schedules.
- Ensure work is performed per drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standards.
- Coverage manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs.
- Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce all site safety requirements.
- Interface with General Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades.
- Track productivity and report progress and issues.
- Review drawings and layouts to identify conflicts or constructability issues.
- Support inspections, testing, and turnover activities.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of electrical construction experience.
- Prior experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations including:
- Conduit and cable tray systems.
- Wire pulling and terminations.
- Equipment installation.
- Grounding and bonding.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).
- Must be able to provide a valid Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) number upon acceptance.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is full-time and works Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
