We're looking for an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our growing electrical team in Louisville. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, mentor and develop electricians, ensure quality workmanship, and partner with leadership to continue growing one of the area's premier residential electrical service teams.What's In It For Me?Market Value Compensation $95,000-$110,000 + Performance Bonus OpportunityMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceFREE Employee/Dependent Telehealth program, no copayCompany Matched Health Savings Account and 401k Retirement AccountFREE Long-Term Disability Insurance, Employee + Family Life Insurance, Wellness Program and Employee Assistance Program (Mental Health)Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance and Critical Illness InsurancePTO (Up to 4 weeks based on tenure), Paid Company Holidays, Paid Community Service Day Responsibilities: What Will I Do?As the Electrical Field Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership while ensuring the electrical department operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of residential electricians.Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve technical skills, customer experience, and sales performance.Identify training opportunities and create development plans for team members.Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new electricians.Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.Field OperationsOversee residential electrical installations from start to completion.Supervise installations including:Whole-home generatorsElectrical panels and service upgradesResidential electrical systemsReview work for quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the field.Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Business & PerformanceMonitor productivity, labor utilization, overtime, and material costs.Manage electrical inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet readiness.Reduce callbacks and warranty work through quality assurance.Promote lead generation opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.Support department growth through technician coaching and performance management.Partner with leadership to develop operational strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.Review electrical plans, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate reporting.Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications: What Makes You Successful?You are someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build strong teams while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.You understand that your success isn't measured only by the work you complete - but by the electricians you develop.Do I Have What It Takes?Journeyman's Electrician License RequiredProven experience leading residential electrical teamsPrevious experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Service ManagerStrong knowledge of residential electrical systems, service upgrades, generators, and panel replacementsAdvanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesThorough knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsExperience managing productivity, labor costs, and field operationsAbility to motivate and develop technicians to reach their full potentialValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to successfully pass pre-employment screeningPreferred Qualifications:Master Electrician License (preferred)Nextstar Service System experience OR similar sales/service coaching experienceExperience leading residential service electriciansStrong understanding of KPIs including average ticket, closing rate, callbacks, and technician performance Equal Opportunity EmployerWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
