Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine material and labor costs
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for cost estimation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Cost estimation software proficiency (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
