As an Electrical Estimator, you will lead complex electrical cost estimating efforts from early conceptual planning through final construction documents. You will use your technical experience and judgment to develop accurate estimates, identify scope gaps and risks, reconcile costs, and help clients make informed decisions, even when project information is limited or evolving. This is a hands-on senior technical role. You will independently develop and review estimates while also helping strengthen Connico's electrical estimating practice through mentoring, quality control, knowledge sharing, and the development of repeatable estimating practices. You will work across disciplines and directly with clients, project teams, contractors, designers, and other estimators on complex infrastructure projects.
