Responsible for preparing detailed estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects
- Review and analyze project specifications to determine material and labor costs
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project budgets are met
- Use specialized software to manage and update cost estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
