Electrical Engineering Technician IV

What Drives Success

• Assists with setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment.
• Tests complete prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions.
• Analyzes data and recommends modifications to components or test procedures to meet desired specifications.
• Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
• Reviews project instructions and specifications to identify, modify, and plan requirements for fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Records test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data.
• Helps prepare proposals and cost estimates, workload to establish completion dates.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 8 years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

What We Offer

• Compensation: Salaried non-exempt role with a starting salary range between $72,000 - $95,500 annually. Overtime pay applies for hours worked beyond 40 in a week (or as required by state law).
