About the role
The Electrical Engineering Technician performs routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on industrial electrical systems with moderate supervision. This role bridges basic electrical work and more technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- Perform routine inspections and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Document findings and actions in work logs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with basic electrical work
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Qualifications
- Some college coursework in electrical engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical theory and components
- Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
